The G&G SNC (Silicon Nitride Composite) reinforced piston is manufactured from a space-age super plastic.
SNC is a silicon nitride based composite sintered product which comprises silicon nitride (a titanium based compound and boron nitride), silicon carbide and graphite/carbon. SNC is super strong, but super light, and easily capable of pulling back an M160 spring.
